We Design, We Manufacture, We're Stylish, World Wide.

4WD Systems manufacture under a unique quality system. This system has been running for five years and ensures that we have tight control over the high quality of our manufacturing processes and ultimately the final quality of our product ranges. Our system not only tracks each product but also records every assembly process to the minute, by employee, and includes the type of material and machinery used. This information is then tied to each product by batch and serial number for the ultimate in quality control and reference - you can be assured that we can not only guarantee quality on every item, but if and when there is a problem we can identify it and rectify it before it becomes a problem for you or anyone else, quickly and accurately.

Some of our manufacturing processes include - laser cutting, CAD and CAM programming, welding, pipe bending, folding, grinding, metal finishing, pressing, stamping, jigging, NC machining, turning, polishing, electroplating, encapsulating, powdercoating, painting, abrasive blasting, turning, aluminium extruding and gravity die casting - to name just a few of the varied processes necessary to create our diverse product ranges.
